Serving

The serving extension exposes a local AlphaGenome-compatible API on top of the PyTorch model implementation.

It supports two transports:

• gRPC (drop-in for alphagenome.models.dna_client.DnaClient)

• REST (HTTP + JSON endpoints)

• gRPC Serving
• REST Serving
